According to the author "the efforts made in Siena to give a convincing logic to the contents that Regional Law 1/05 assigns to the SP are appreciable, also for their contribution towards a virtuous interpretation of that SP model, organizing the contents thereof in a logical succession that integrates the structural dimension with the strategic one".
